    Look the cover of this book. Do you want like this model. This book is what I am looking for. I also believe this book are contributing factors to weight lost. However this book is very helpful because it suggested exercises and training in order for you to build muscles and lose fats.     This book will help you to gain your strength back and to loose weight. The author has taken the effort to properly plan each day’s workout which will help us to gain your strength. Clear instructions are given for each day’s exercise. They are easy to follow to. The book starts by telling us why to gain strength and how one should do it. The author provides exercises for each day of the week focusing on a part body part. A good book that will help you to gain strength. I would certainly recommend this book.
